Terms of Service

Welcome to NZ Cricket Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NZ Cricket Hub website and services, including the Shot Analyzer tool (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update such information as necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our Services may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including videos for the Shot Analyzer tool ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content.

By uploading User Content to the Services, you grant NZ Cricket Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with providing and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit
• The User Content does not violate the rights of any third party
• The User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful computer code
• Use the Services to harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by NZ Cricket Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services or any content, features, or functionality of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NZ CRICKET HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
